Today, flexibility on\nall fronts tops lists for both workers and employers. We often hear of\nemployers looking for workers that are well versed in a number of subjects. And\non the other end, we see workers who are looking for opportunities to learn and\ngrow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Learning sits at the centre of this shift. When learning is\ninvolved, workers feel compelled to excel in their roles. They know that if\nthey put their learning to good use, they will continue to be faced with new\nopportunities to grow. Likewise, when they provide learning opportunities,\nemployers know that they can count on their employees to be dedicated and\nproductive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Undoubtedly, these changes have brought workplace learning\ninto the spotlight.
